Sarah, Thanks again for going above and beyond on the sale of my house. I knew it would be a difficult property to sell especially at that price. The fact that the buyer agreed to my asking price in under a week on the market went beyond my expectations.
I can’t tell you how many people I know called and asked where I was moving to. This was because of the marketing you did on the house. You did so much advertising that not only did it reach the buyers, it also reached people who were not looking for a house.
I also wanted to let you know I LOVE my new house. It’s so much bigger and in a nicer neighborhood than I thought I would get in my price range. There is no way I would have found the house with out you. I believe there are still deals out there-the trick is to find them fast. You found it fast.
Some people asked why I didn’t sell the house and buy a new one on my own. At the time I would respond that I wanted someone else to deal with the headaches. I know now there is no way I would have sold my house without you because of all the hurdles that popped up. I also know that by the time I found my house on the internet it would have been sold. Because of you I pocketed more money on the sale of my house and live in so much more of a house than I could have gotten on my own (or with an agent that got into the profession to make a paycheck without working too much which I had before).
